It's important to prioritize our mental health during this time and find ways to conquer holiday stress. Here are some tips to help you navigate the holidays with a happy mind:

Practice Self-Care:

Take time for yourself amidst the holiday chaos. Engage in activities that bring you joy and relaxation, whether reading a book, walking, or indulging in a bubble bath. Remember, self-care is not selfish; it's necessary for your well-being.

Set Boundaries

Learn to say no and set boundaries with your time and energy. It's okay to decline invitations or delegate tasks to others. Prioritize what truly matters, and don't feel obligated to do everything.

Manage Expectations
